Get fit without weights – Tacfit Commando Workout

The general consensus is that you just can’t get ripped without weights. Most people believe that bodyweight-only workouts will not be intense enough to cause significant microtrauma to muscle tissue.

For this reason, it would theoretically make sense for this assumption to be true. The fact is, however, that any workout can cause damage to muscle tissue and thus lead to further gains in lean muscle mass, provided the stimulus is great enough.

Of course, it may take some innovative thinking to achieve this using strictly bodyweight exercises, but there are certainly some thinkers (translation: maniacs) in the world of health and fitness.

One of those people is none other than Scott Sonnon, co-creator of the Tacfit Commando bodyweight exercise program. Scott is actually an accomplished fighter who trains real-life bad guys (and girls) like Navy SEALs, Secret Service agents, MMA fighters, and elite bodyguards, all of whom demand superior athleticism, conditioning, and mental toughness.

Hell, their lives depend on it.

So it’s no surprise that with his innovative Tacfit training system, Sonnon was able to create a training modality severe enough that it would allow users to lose body fat, build lean muscle, and have a toned body, all without using weights or other expensive equipment. of gym.

Now, I have always been a huge fan of bodyweight training. I think knowing how to take your body through effective strength training or fat loss training, using only your body weight as resistance, is an invaluable skill to possess.

Those who rely primarily on weights and other fitness equipment will really struggle when access to these resources becomes limited. For example, traveling for business, going on vacation, visiting family and friends, all of these things used to completely throw off my exercise routine.

So, I discovered bodyweight workouts. I was also a bit of a “hater” at first, and didn’t think it was possible to achieve fat loss or muscle building using just bodyweight as a tool.

But I started to be more creative and my way of thinking was forced to change. In fact, I started kicking my ass so severely that I was actually getting nervous about the wacky workouts I had created and scheduled for a given day.

After a few weeks of using my own intense bodyweight training program, I saw a much better, leaner, more defined version of myself looking in the mirror.

Plus, I was saving time and money by working out from home and eliminating my gym membership. As a bonus, traveling was no longer an excuse to get lazy and go back.

Now, I am a believer in bodyweight training.

I look completely gutted, but the really good thing is that I’m performing much better. I’ve always been a huge fan of MMA and now I have the extra athleticism, explosiveness, resilience, and stamina to “stand my ground” in case things get dangerous.

What does all this have to do with Tacfit Commando? All…

As a fitness professional, I am always trying out new training programs to see what I like, what I don’t like, and what new things I can learn from other top trainers and trainers. After downloading Tacfit and trying out the first week’s workouts, I was quickly humbled.

This training system even made my bodyweight workouts look weak. I’m several weeks into the Tacfit team master plan and I love (and hate) every minute of it. The workouts continue to kick my butt and take my mind and body to new levels.

Confidence soars and ripped muscles become even harder and more defined. I wanted to provide this Tacfit Commando review to let others know that it really IS possible to get ripped without expensive and inconvenient weights, apparatus or other gym equipment.

Give it a try and enjoy the results, but only if you are willing to work hard. If not, there are plenty of other low-intensity fitness programs to choose from.
