Sprout Veg Idli

Ingredients: Sprouted moong daal, peas, onion, carrot, bell pepper, sooji, rice flour / besan, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric, curd and butter.

Preparation time of 20 to 25 minutes.

Method: Wash, clean and chop all the vegetables finely. By boiling the sprouts and peas. Drain it and let it cool. Grind the sprouts and peas in a blender. Mix together all the vegetables, the sprout and pea mixture, a tablespoon of besan, a tablespoon of sooji, and curd. Mix well and prepare balls in the form of idli. Preheat the Idli machine and put these balls in it. Steam for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with hot sauce or tomato sauce.

Bread pizza

Ingredients: slices of whole wheat bread, pizza sauce, mayonnaise, onion, tomato, salt, slices of cheese, butter and tomato sauce.

Method: Cut the edges of the bread, wash and finely chop all the vegetables. Spread mayonnaise and pizza sauce evenly over bread. Put a handful of chopped greens and top with a slice of cheese. Butter preheated skillet; put these slices of bread on it. It toasts a couple of minutes. Serve with tomato sauce on the side. Use different cookie cutters to make fun shapes.
